Made up of men and women with proven experience in the deployment of multi-channel customer contact centres, the Conecteo Services department uses a controlled approach to support our customers throughout the various phases of their projects.
Project assistance
- Our project managers help you define your objectives and identify the specifics of the system you need.
- Our consultants support you during the installation, validation and deployment of the system.
User training
- Our training consultants, who are Kiamo experts, equip your users (administrators, supervisors, remote agents) with the skills they need, through on-site training or remote learning.
- After mastering the tool, users are able to do their job with complete autonomy.
Support and maintenance
- The Conecteo support & maintenance agreement focuses on efficiency (accessibility, response time) and quality.
- Customers have unlimited access to our help centre from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm (CET), Monday through Friday.
- Telephone/email assistance, remote maintenance, corrective/ongoing maintenance, preventative maintenance optional.
Customization
- Development of plug-ins for a particular business-specific application.
- Additional features specific to your industry.
- Customization of Kiamo for particular work environments.
Consulting
- Advice on how to make the best use of your Kiamo solution (i.e., best practices).
- Suggestions for optimal handling of your communication flows and configuration of your Kiamo solution.
- Prevention of potential malfunctions and recommendations to improve the system.
