History
The concept behind Conecteo came about in 2005, following the realization that the many solutions available on the market for customer contact centre management were ill-suited to companies' specific needs.
By drawing on an in-depth understanding of the market (technologies, needs, industry players), Conecteo was able to design and launch a new kind of software solution that allowed companies to take charge of their inbound and outbound contact management system themselves.
The solution was immediately well received by major corporations, and has been enhanced over the years to become the only complete software suite that integrates all channels of communication between the company and its customers.
In 2009, in parallel with a successful initial fund-raising campaign, Conecteo merged with Euritel, its historic partner and systems integrator, and created Conecteo Services to offer all customers the support they need to implement Conecteo solutions.
2010 marked the strengthening of Conecteo's distribution network, allowing the Company to focus on developing software and continuing to guarantee its customers the highest quality possible.
